What is coaching?

First, what it isn’t: Coaching is NOT therapy and should not be used as a substitute for therapy. I am happy to refer you to an awesome therapist, though, if you need one.

So what IS coaching? Coaching is a collaborative process that promotes learning and growth, with the goal of helping clients clarify and accomplish goals. A guided process of inquiry facilitates decision making and action planning and promotes accountability on behalf of clients.

Is coaching for me?

Coaching is for anyone who wants to manifest their vision for the future. As your coach, I’ll work with you to clarify goals and dreams, identify barriers to previous success, and help strategize to overcome obstacles on the path to your goals. Coaching also provides accountability and access to additional resources such as networking opportunities.

#LivingMyBestLife Workshops

When you participate in #LivingMyBestLife workshops, you’ll be taking an in-depth look into what success looks like to you and map a path there based on your skills, interests, and sense of purpose. One question that is at the foundation of this exploration is “Why?” It’s a perfect fit for any high schooler or college student still unclear of their path, or for an adult career changer. The pandemic has led many to seek career changes, willingly or not, and this is a place where you can uncover your talents, imagine the future you want to create, and then develop a plan for getting there.
