What is coaching?
First, what it isn’t: Coaching is NOT therapy and should not be used as a substitute for therapy. I am happy to refer you to an awesome therapist, though, if you need one.
So what IS coaching? Coaching is a collaborative process that promotes learning and growth, with the goal of helping clients clarify and accomplish goals. A guided process of inquiry facilitates decision making and action planning and promotes accountability on behalf of clients.
